rubber sporty

 when you hard tail a rubber mounted sporty and go to a chain  .
there can be to much play in the mounts and give you chain problems

i made some delrin space fillersd to take away most of the play

 when i do rockers. i tap the rocker for a sholder bolt and brons buhing

 i weld the bushing bung to the legs

 i love this tool bird mouth notcher

 with these rocker's we messed with trail and rake   we started with a 5 1/2 trail

 taping the rocker forthe sholder bolt makes a lot less free play

 i moved the axel out 1in and down 1in and changed the trail to 4in   a little less flop

i made a single bar for bothe sides    nice and clean

 the clamps are made of brass  so i could not weld them in
